How do I create my first invoice?
Go to Dashboard, click 'Create Invoice', select a client, add article lines and generate the PDF.
Can I change VAT per line item?
Yes. Each article line has its own VAT rate (25%, 12%, 6%, 0%). Totals are grouped automatically in the PDF.
How does billing work?
First 5 offers and 5 invoices per month are free. After that, each costs 10 SEK. Top up your balance in Settings > Billing.
How do I upload my company logo?
Go to Settings > Company and upload a PNG or JPG. Recommended size: at least 300px wide. The logo appears on all your documents.
Can I convert an offer to an invoice?
Yes. Open the offer and click 'Convert to Invoice'. All data is copied automatically.
